Human

Human

A Poem by Silver
"

Humanity is not easily defined.

"
I may be weird,
But I'm still human.

I may be judged,
But I'm still human.

I may be smart
 But I'm still human.

I may be creative,
But I'm still human.

I may be different,
But we're all human.

I guess this is more of a message to myself, so that I won't be afraid to ask for help, even if I consider myself different than everyone else.

Our literary gift brings to us as artists, the ability to create our realities

with the pen we forge our own absolutes

I like the last line best. People can pretend to blind in, but we're all different in our ways, yet all spookily the same. We are all human, and we shouldn't make anyone feel less than that. I love it.
