A Poem by Hope

My heart, my heart! Why can't you sew?
  Watch your actions, your words unfold.
Candid are your deeds undone;
  watch your seeds and watch them run.
Growing thick, your blood decays,
  see your life, and there it lays.

Bring the misty banks of old
  all your sadness, let it mold.
Doubt your talents, can't your writhe?
  Turn your gold right into slime.
