Shattered Souls

Most people get heart broken but when it happens to me i feel my soul shatter

The Frigid Fragments that once were apart of me lay in deep darkness

Lost myself i forget about the pieces the shards that make me who i am...was

A lover comes along claiming to have the power the ability to find my pieces and make me feel whole again but everytime i follow this false hope another remnant of myself becomes lost..

I wonder which will come first one who will piece me back together or My entire persona being lost in the darkness

A beautifully morbid tale of one who loves too hard. Loves with a love one doesn't have for oneself. And for that reason, the temporary hope of being repaired will forever end up in devastation. No one can heal us, only help us heal, once we've begun the process. Such a heartrending piece, but eloquently done. I would love to see what you can do with a story.
