He has always been there for me. He is the most important person in my life. He is....my savior. I have known him my entire life. He is different from others of his kind. But, I still am aware that.... underneath those eyes I adore lies dark secrets. Underneath his beauty lies the evil within him. He lives in a world I cannot exist in.

Yet he is quiet and shuts me out I still try to understand him. Although we live in different worlds I will help him fight the beast inside him. When he cried I was the one who wiped away his tears. When I first met him I was scared and approached him slowly afraid he would shatter to a million pieces any second. And yet he continues to push me away. The wounds in his heart will never heal. And I feel I can do nothing to save him...

The first part of the poem is Yuki describing how she sees kaname. The second part is how she sees Zero

Please don't take this the wrong way, but... I think you would be able to get more feedback on this if you posted it on fanfiction.net, since there you're guaranteed that someone will know what Vampire Knight is. Here, it's not as likely.
