Would you be offended if I pointed out some of the grammatica errors in your poem? Some poets get highly insulted if another poet does this. It doesn't bother me at all because another's eyes might see what I missed. It allows me to post an errorless poem. Assuming you don't mind, here goes:

Line 1: There HAVE been many times
Line 5" Who may truly CARE

Deep emotions running through this write. Straight from a tender heart
flowing like the many tears you have shed over the years.

Its good to write through the pain as it is a healing process.
Sometimes there is always a little spot that can never be healed completely
when we have been emotionally neglected in childhood...But we can cover
that hurting place with the healing balm of God's grace and love for us.

very sad, very depressive but yet so beautiful. It seemed more beautiful and personal to me maybe because I can relate to the poem somehow. The poem is long but after reading it I can say it was worth it and I certainly liked the entire poem. Don't worry friend, there are still good people out there. Maybe overshadowed by the cruel ones but that does not mean the good ones don't exist anymore. You just gotta have faith & keep looking. And besides, You are your best friend :)
