Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise

A Poem by Akira Kodama

You are loved by some, hated by others
So misunderstood
Alienated.
"Only in moderation," they say
"Just dump the whole jar on." says I.
All discarded mayonnaise will be avenged
I assure you.
No condiment deserves condemnation.

Mayonnaise of all jars, unite!

Oh Newspaper Boy! This sings to my heart. Miracle Whip comes straight from the devil and no brand will do except Hellman's! I once put off a whole dinner until my husband ran to the store for a jar. I was beside myself when I found that I had let myself run that low. Mayo is the queen of condiments and I love this poem! Angi~

I just wanted to come back to this and leave a comment. I will never think of mayonnaise the same way after reading this.

"No condiment deserves condemnation."

Funny stuff right here.

There is a tang to Miracle Whip that immediately deems it unpleasant as hell.
An empty mayonnaise Jar is a crime against humanity. I'd like to point at one person who doesn't suffer some kind of psychosis but I have too many fingers for that.
