A Poem by John Dennis Gillespie

This is everything thing you wished for to the dandelion.

Everything you wished for when the times were trying.

Everything you wished for when times seem distraught.

Now there's a general consensus that this is and everything you're life's been missing.

I was a plucked rose pedal stuck inside these melancholy fields holding on to those emotions that never got better or ever became healed.

But, now I'm filled with a vendetta towards hatred, Satan, and feeling vacant.

I filled in my empty spaces with active engagement to a word so sacred that this world will have tear it from my heart to tear it apart.

A true life ignites by standing tall and never missing a call to the fight against what's wrong.

Are you chasing after light or fallen to dark?

Chasing after light or fallen to dark.

Are you chasing after light or fallen to dark?

I'm filled with a vendetta towards hatred, Satan, and feeling vacant.

i really like this, and the repetition at the ending made it really feel like a spoken word piece

very nice.
