Rendezvous

Rendezvous

A Poem by Sourav

The emptiness of the vast blue sky

Void of the open greenfield

Somewhere meet

To greet each other

To share their desolation;

They cry like rain

Smile like flower

Play like breeze

Get separated like lovers

To meet again;

The hollow of the vast blue sky

Sulkiness of the open greenfield

Somewhere meet

To greet each other

To become one.

Thank you for your lovely words!

This felt like a bolywood love scene, a really well-done part. I'm quite excited to see more poets on here from India. This was a great poem. 98/100.
