The invisible Strings

I trace the supernatural silhouette

Of your face shaped by my fantasies,

Where playful dalliances and duets,

Fostering beds of our destiny.

 

Your ethereal warmth divine

Emblazoning my crimsoned lips

Hearts and tongues ever entwined,

Fluttering amidst this rapturous kiss.

 

The silver lining upon our fingers,

Define the vows of these invisible strings,

For my days with you shall forever linger,

Along with the pain and joy it brings.

Darkly beautiful.

I find this akin to what someone would say on their wedding day, most especially the last stanza. It's like personal vows written that acknowledge the beauty that can be found even in the darkest of things. I definitely see it in this piece.
