No Fear

A surge of joy shocks through me, I fear it won’t last. Then I find the source of this absolute joy, and realize there is nothing to fear. We go together like rolls and ranch. Never faltering, always holding strong. I feel broken and alone inside, but then I see you and everything is fixed. Hearing your voice makes my heart pound when you walk my way the air thins, I can barely breathe. Everything about you puts a smile on my face. Nothing can vanquish this feeling. I feel safe when you are near, I have no fear.
