Walking in the Footsteps of a Wolf

A wolf comes to me all broken and battered.

I help heal him and he walks by my side.

I walk in the footsteps of a wolf, he is my companion, and soon, my friend.

As I finally see where I need to be,

I change into a wolf.

I walk in the footsteps of a wolf as a wolf.

Soon he becomes my mate,

and we love one another like no other.
