Premonitions

Premonitions

A Poem by Linzey

Colors whirl around as the sunlight shines through the windows
Energy flows through the room as the leaves fall outside
A little child runs towards her mother
Her curly hair bounces lightly brushing by her cheek
She wears an indescribably pure smile from ear to ear
Sadly, the vision begins to blur and then leave
The feelings were so real
I could feel her running to me as though she were with me right now
Yet, what could this mean?
It was so bright and so happy
So... normally unlike me
Can something like that be the future?
Or am I just crazy...
Could it be my future or could it be yours as well.
