Fall in Love

Fall in Love

A Poem by Starling
"

A 100% piece of cheese

"
With trees shedding their leaves
And numb hands buried in sleeves
Clouds of rain gather into a storm
Fall is the best season to transform

Drunken songs at bonfire nights
Under a harvest moon's beaming light
Until morning brings its heavy dew
Fall is the best season to renew

With wind-swept hair and strawberry blushes
Pumpkin spice and cinnamon crushes
Shy glances peeking over knitted shawls
Fall is the best season of them all

Pillow fights and movie nights
Cuddling close in candlelight
As rain taps on the roof above
Fall is the best season for love
