Style Your Future

Style Your Future

A Poem by Stephen

Style Your Future

Rock the world right with style

Trapped in the small walls we call Starbucks

Confined in a small jacket of leather

Listening to the only thing that makes sense; music

Planning your future

Embodied by one beautiful place; Europe.

Going to the place free of social stipulations and rules; Europe

Free to express yourself in the best ways of style

This is your future

Inside this steaming cup of Starbucks

And the buds living in your ears, blaring music

Rubbing against that rough leather.

It is this leather

That will travel with you to Europe

Bearing your phone filled with music.

Adorning the very being of your style

Shedding the spilled Starbucks

This is the vessel of your future.

Your future

So grey and rough as leather

As down sloping as the heat from a scalding cup of Starbucks

As unbound as Europe

Working akin to your style

And filled with music.

Beautiful, flowing music

The only thing that makes sense in this tangled future

The inspiration to all you do and your style

Contained in your stitched pocket of leather

Accompanying you on the long journey to Europe

Serenading you as you sip on the heavenly cup of Starbucks.

Delicious Starbucks

Almost as genius as music

Also found in Europe

Embroidering itself into your future

Shed from your sleeve of leather

Mixed with your style.

Now take and raise your golden Starbucks and salute to your future.

This is the time when you create the beautiful symphony of your life, just as all great composers have done with music, but instead of trumpets and flutes, you are bearing the vessel of your future; that black leather jacket.

Follow this adventurous and unpredictable path to Europe, but be careful not to lose your style on the way.
