Intangible

Intangible

A Poem by Steven Daveluy

Though they can’t be seen, bought sold or traded
They certainly are shaped, nourished, crushed or jaded

Imagine something so fragile, can be infinitely strong
Something so ambiguous, it can’t be right or wrong

Given as a gift, a compass or a guide
Intrinsic to our psyche, responsible for pride

Outwardly shared freely, while secretly they're clutched
They say feelings are intangible, Although they can be touched

Wow. Very deep and thoughtful. I repsect this poem very much. I wonder what you're thinking at the moment? Perhaps the reader feels that way atm as well. I'm not making much sense. Sorry.

Your rhymes come so easily and flow impeccably well. It's not lengthy, but yet it so much depth and meaning in so few words. Well done!
