If I could glow

Sometimes I wonder if I have everything figured out.

I wonder if the sky is really blue.

If the grass is really green.

I wonder if I’m color blind

And if instead of seeing stars, I see spots of color.

I think I’m confused.

In fact, I am so confused I can’t even tell if I’m confused.

The sky is falling.

The ocean is sinking.

And I am melting the warmth of your hugs and the glow of your eyes.
