Am Blind...

Am Blind...

A Poem by Surya
"

Blessed am..

"
Fed up in these colors,
They change everyday
behaving base of a day and
Breaking the wall other day...

Better am blind, so
I couldn't see them
even if they break...
How kind am to forgive them.

Evil behind the smile
To change person and kill everyday
Better am blind
I couldn't see them...

Better am blind I speak with heart
and I have no brain that scams a bag
Blessed am blind, I have no eyes
To see these superficial selfish creatures...

Graceful am to lose my vision which
gifted to create a world of my own colors..
Gifted am, these colors of mine
have no knife but a smile to cheer...

Blessed am, Am blind having no eyes
Proud am, I have a heart....

I understand & agree with your sentiments, that sometimes it would be better to be blind. I like that you present this idea showing both sides, where we can be better people if we see with our hearts instead of our eyes. But also, it's gut-level honest to admit that sometimes it would be nice to be blind & not have to see the bad people of this world, the ones that are tough to love, & maybe without seeing what they do, we can love them anyway. Very thought-provoking & heart-touching.

Better to be blind to hate, than revel in distaste... Blessedly penned...

You are welcome my friend.
What we see is quite painful these days so what you say is very apt, Surya. Delicately presented bitter feelings of the sensitive heart say a lot. Well done.

Thank you so much dear...:)
Incredible poem and insight. Whether literal or figurative, a beautiful testament to inner emotional vision over outer sensory vision. "Better am blind I speak with heart"-poignant and so touching. "These colors of mine have no knife but a smile to cheer"- brave, strong, tender. " How kind am to forgive them" . Your poem brings me to tears. Love this!

Just being a human with humanity is a soluton.....Thank you so much...:)
"Blessed am, Am blind having no eyes
Proud am, I have a heart...."
These are great lines.
We can be more human if we aren't exposed to the blindness of seeing and hearing people.
You portrayed it well.
Great work Surya:)

That's true....Thank you Neetha...:)
There are many blinds can see better than the normal people just with their pure hearts. I believe in that the heart can see clearer than the eyes .
Great job dude 😃😃😊
