A Poem by Zach Gordano

When you tell me that you will be here for me
Why the f**k should I believe you?
Because you don't even have the decency
To even respond to me.
For all the times I've trusted you,
For all the times I've loved you unconditionally,
I have to sit here and listen to your lies.
Take me for granted.
Find me when it is convenient for you.
Use me up until I am worthless
Because I am almost there.
And every single time you do me wrong,
Remember it.
Because I might be here today,
But I will be gone by tomorrow.
