The Unforgiven

The Unforgiven

A Story by Tapher

Forgive less your grudge become your suffering instead.

done the things to me, done what hurts me, done the unthinkable, that is why, this is why we have labeled you unforgiven. You think that you are justified? You think that what has been done can be forgiven and forgotten? The actions you took are what keep us from moving on, from loving you once more, from caring for you. The fact this happened at all makes us question your humanity. You are now unfogiven.

Why do you question me? Why must you harass me of my mistakes? Nobody is perfect
Nobody is truly innocent. Sometimes we think we do what is right and see no wrong in our actions.
I do it, you do it, everyone does it. It just seems you just don't understand why I do as I do, and due to miscommunication, I am now unforgiven.

Sometimes though, I look in myself. I see the wrong in things. My actions are not always correct, and I regret things. Although I have been forgiven by others, by everyone around me, I still feel ashamed. I still feel the sting of what I do, what I have done, and what I know I will surely do. It makes me wish I wasn't even human so that I wouldn't even have to worry about it. I cannot forgive myself, I refuse to forgive myself, I am still Unforgiven.

The Almighty Fate
I look around and see the wrong with the world. I see things. I see people committing acts that I know they usually wouldn't do. People drawn to insanity because of the hand they were dealt. I simply cannot understand and accept that this is what the world has come to. There is nothing I can do except not bother the balance the Almighty Force has put into effect. Thanks to corruption, the world is now unforgiven.
