The White Raven

The White Raven

A Poem by Taylor Jackson
"

Will you hear the White Raven's call, or will you ignore it and stand stall.

"
Beware the call of the Lone White Raven.
Those who ignore it will find safe haven.
But if you fall for the tempting call,
you will climb to madness and your mind will fall.
So if you hear a sharpened cry,
do not sit still and wonder why.
For you will be next the White Raven's prey.
And watch your soul as it withers away.

Nicely rhymed. Would probably have scared poor Mr. Poe to death. He had enough trouble with black ravens, let alone the albino sort.
PS: Do a spell check on word 7, line 4.
