She comes

She comes

A Poem by Tina
"

Could be about a person or mother nature..

"
The earthquakes. The trees tremble as
she boils and Brews. Yawning burning
Steam and Ash, spewing acid rain.
this is what she brings, her Joy is your pain.
Her tongue of flame will lick you, her
Jagged Nails will rip.  her mashing teeth
will chew you up and leave your bones to sit.
her robe of storm clouds cloack her, you fear
what you cannot see.  when she bleeds you'll
feel it, sharing in her misery.
what was sleeping has awakened ,what was
a whisper is now a scream. Her wrath  spreads
desolation, killing all your dreams. She'll stalk
you till the end of time and haunt you in your
sleep. She'll break your heart and drink your
tears leaving your spirit weak. She'll rip it
from your shell and wear it as a token,
calming her heart in the coolness of the ocean.
With her collection complete her job is now done.
Now she will rest with the sinking of the Sun.

I like you you presented this horrific weather pattern as a human, ripping the hearts out of those inher path, destroying everything around them, leaving them like broken skeletons, acid rain, whispers turning into screams; she is a kind of evil witch ; clever too how you used your rhyme.
Thank you for sharing.

This is a strong and relevant writing. You've said much and in a way people can appreciate the depictions.

Came by to say "Hi." again.

A beautiful poem which to me speaks of the wrath of Mother nature. I really enjoyed the stark images you painted in this work. Incredibly well written, thank you for sharing your work.
