However, Sir Charles was just a penguin. He got eaten by a seal.

Did he die? Maybe he just got eaten. Maybe he's still alive in there! Or, maybe he's not. We may never know.

I need to know XD did the seal spit him out? Did they fall in love?

Perhaps. Perhaps not. Perhaps the love was one-sided. Sir Charles may have been quite tasty, and the seal may have loved him for it. Then again, the seal may have become depressed afterward for having eaten such a lovely penguin. He was so juicy, but now he is no more.
