The glowstick and the disco ball

The glowstick and the disco ball

A Poem by Jessica
"

Just some things in my car

"
The glowstick
And the disco ball
Hanging from my rearview mirror
Bouncing back and forth
Bringing joy when I draw near
These items that were gifts
From those who sought joy
Remind me to be happy
As they light up
My world, oh boy
For these items are silly
And remi d me to be at ease
The glowstick
And the disco ball
Bring me peace

I enjoy the absence of stress or conflict. Just upbeat observations on slightly exciting objects and how subtle, but effective, their impact can be.

This made me smile for some reason. :)

You're missing an "n" but otherwise this is a good poem. It gives a little, but not much insight. What else brings you peace?
