Fallen

From a rhyme I've had stuck in my head...

It's getting darker by the second,
and I don't think I can handle it,
if life's a roller coaster,
with it's ups and downs,
then I've fallen off,
and have hit the hard ground.
Rock bottom is where I am.
But;
I think it's time I took a stand.
