Blame Me

This is pretty much how my mom is. She gets mad, she blames me and takes all her problems out on me. I was angry when I wrote this.

Something goes wrong,
Just blame me,
You get angry,
Just blame me.

He doesn't call,
You blow your top,
Yell and scream,
Make me wish my life was a dream.

Something goes wrong,
Just blame me,
You get angry,
Just blame me.

Your phone stops working you slam it around,
Start bitching about nothing,
Makes me want to hit something.
Something goes wrong,
Just blame me,
You get angry,
Just blame me.

You start to yell,
I yell back,
Tell you how it is,
You don't like that.

Something goes wrong,
Just blame me,
You get angry,
Just blame me.

You're the reason I scream into my pillow,
You're the reason my heart is so cold,
You're the reason I hardly joke,
You're the reason I want to smoke a joint and lose myself.

Something goes wrong,
Just blame me,

I refuse to take this s**t any longer,
All your bitching has made me stronger,
Refuse to let your words get to me,
Refuse to let you take your anger out on me.

This was good. Much better than other forms of venting known to man. If it flowed a little more, it could be a song. But as a poem it's got good flow and the word choices were good. I'm sorry about your mother.
