Eternal Life

Time makes a difference,
Time makes things change,
Time causes everything to slowly fade away.
I try and I try to escape the eternal time,
But I fail and I fail to escape my inner fate,
Soon even I will die, not to live another day.

Most want to live forever in this life,
Lost and tangled in fear of death.
I once tried to live with strife,
But now I can't wait 'til i run out of breath.
