I Try.

Yeah, well, this is my life and I love it just the way it is!

I try to be good.

I try to do my best.

I try to be as friendly as possible.

I try to be innocent and go to sleep with a clean

conscience.

I don't date.

I don't curse.

I don't swear.

I don't talk back.

I'm a good girl.

I don't date because I am only thirteen.

I don't curse because it is written in the bible not to.

I don't swear because god told the world not to.

I don't talk back because I was told to obey my parents.

I'm a good girl because I love god.

Awesome, it takes a strong spirit to do these great things especially in this world as a teenager. I have a 20 yr. old daughter teaching the gospel in Ecuador this poem reminds me of her.
