Just too Sane Today

Just too Sane Today

A Poem by tuesday nobody
"

About the day we all have where everything goes too logically

"
Each morning the dawn will break
And the sun is supposed to come
But I still think of the past mistakes
That we have yet to learn from.

And you should know I''m scared to death
Thinking all the things you said
Were just just lies before you left.

Our friends, they swung on the front porch bench
Laughing about happier times
But us, we found peace in the shadows
Just making sure their lectures would rhyme.

Listening to the logical tick tock
It's just too sane for me today
I want to scream at the rhythm of the clock.
I should follow the birds and fly away.
