Outside the Kaleidoscope

Outside the Kaleidoscope

A Poem by tuesday nobody

No one sees it through my eyes
Past my smile
My feigned disguise
No one knows what I really say
Through "I am fine,"
or "It's okay."

Can you see who I am inside?
That when I said I was fine
I lied?
When I hide behind that smile
I want you to think I'm strong
When I'm falling into pieces
But my lips say there's nothing wrong
