child labour

child labour

A Poem by Utkarsh Singh

Child labour

Just gonna stand here
Watching him suffer and burn
Destroying his childhood given
Under the fire of burden n work

In this world of cruelty
Neither mercy nor relief is shown
Scolded ,beaten and punished
For the unknown mistakes he had done

He is just a child
Without a matured face
Trying to give his output best
With a experience of zero percent base

Mechanic, maid or worker
Sweeper,washer or labour
He is every one n where
Working under a pressure

The reason may differ
Uneducation , poverty or greed
All they wanna do is
Fulfill their basic daily need

What they do is not for them
Not a job but a crime instead
Stop it where ever you see
As its a child labour's plee
