Winter Revival

Winter Revival

A Poem by VJWild
"

a poem

"

snow falls like feathers

scattered blessings remain composed

harmonious choruses of heaven

earthly things assume disguises

alien ground

accepting everything that parades through

mother earth energy

courage, determination, hope

sliding peacefully into a long winter's breath

inhaling deeply

passionately

devotedly

lovingly

the way earth longs for cold rest

and I for your warm embrace

to melt my heart

a match to my soul

once smoldering

now raging

and again we are whole

'earthly things assume disguises' is a lovely line. Very true as well. Nice poem.
