Violet Flame Meditation

a poem that teaches the violet flame meditation..

The violet flame, takes away all past pains.

This is a mantra with a well known name.

If you want to experience your soul's desire,

then say these words repetitively while picturing yourself in a violet fire.

I am a being of violet fire, 

I am the purity God desires.

If you say that meditation everyday, 

you will start to feel peaceful in every-way.

Remember each of us are souls on Earth, 

you must realize this to break the curse.

So lay back and relax your mind, 

and give it to the hands of the divine.

When you are ready to try this view, 

repeat that mantra back to you.

Wow, I read the first and fourth lines too fast and I couldn't figure out why I should picture myself standing in a violent fire. Ha But anywho, this is really good advise. I used to meditate and I noticed really positive changes that took place. It was almost like they were given to me. Then, of course I stopped. But I want to get into it again and this poem is really helpful. Thanks for sharing it.
