Deathly stubbornly blissful

Deathly stubbornly blissful

A Poem by Voidless

Water trickles down the flower’s stem
As it stares deep into the eyes of the sun
Been blind for ever ‘til now

Spores that keep flying
Roots that keep digging
The me that keeps living

It don’t matter
that we’re blind as bats
and that we have to keep running

Because when my petals brush against yours
even if only briefly
It makes all that running around worth it
