Dreamer inside

Also known as 'The curse of writer'. It's about what happens to me when I start writing. I think it applies to most of us.

        

When the night falls

I change!

I'm unstoppable

my body screams for sleep

yet my mind

can't stop screaming on the paper

 

the urge that keeps me awake

the dreamer sealed inside of me

awakes and starts typing

nothing there to stop it

not the sleep

nor the will

nobody

 

I don't want to stop

not for anything in this world

maybe for somebody

but there is nobody there

nobody to cage the beast

 

everything I see and hear

makes it stronger

there is no turning back

anymore

 

It's the curse of the writer

that which keeps as writing

our beloved dreamer

that nothing can bind

our gift, our curse

we dreamers
