Life's Colors

Life's Colors

A Poem by Weeping willow

Life has many shades
and threads
of
color
Jumbling together
Often filling me with shadows
of distant grays
Pain slumbers into depression
Dark
Confused
I sometimes stumble inside
the shades of
 blues

God embroiders my life
with different
colors
Infusing blues and grays
into a beautiful
haze

Someday on the other side
of heaven
I'll see the beautiful colors
That my life has painted
across the sky
When I was
so
alive.

Lovely sentiments.
Have a feeling that when we are enduring suffering and still manage to praise God, the colors we leave vibrate most vividly.
Outstanding poetry, Willow!

About
I love to write poems and get my feelings out. Darkness is not the absence of light, but the cover for it. When you feel only darkness or pain or see it in another.Look beneath this. There is light .. more..
