Guilty Punishment

Guilty Punishment

A Poem by Wild Willow Blue
"

Revenge never tasted so sweet..

"

Strung so deep the heart is barely there

a ribbon of suffocating light shines boldly in the dark

Tell me where my master breathes beyond the plastic door!

A blade of hope, then, slices cleanly through white sheets

the smell of blood lives in me in wake for all to find

A mere shadow of doubt is hesitated

the striking pose comes into play

A life lives only in memories now

Tears of hate

joy

and pain run down my face in shades of

red

blue

and green
