Tranquility

It is a beautiful day

“Upon this moss of emerald haze, into this lilac beauty gaze”

 

In fern leaf wishes of songlike verse, shadows drift as banners flowing

‘pon pinecone promises of starlit dreams, where lavender voices echo melodic harmonies

above footprint mosaics laced of soft green grasses. Enchantment comes in silhouettes

of euphoric dreams on a periwinkle canvas… as brush strokes of beauty gather

in this twilight solitude, where nature is forever my tranquility.

I just love those hours of "twilight solitude". But I don't get many of those these days. Generally there's someone wanting to throw little arms around me. But I can't say as I'd trade that away for the solitude. I used to get up early to watch the sunrise. Now I get up early to watch cartoons. But we must treasure what we have while we have it as tomorrow is never promised. I enjoyed the read, my friend. Wonderful descriptions btw.

I feel the same tho' couldn't describe it so beautifully or within such a fine form. However, for me the All Around means freedom to feel, to use all the senses plus others you didn't know existed. I wonder if post rain outdoors, one feels most part of Nature, of life?

I do get the feeling from your words that the change from dark of winter to light of spring is in the air and that we may just make it through with our sanity intact... Well, as intact as mine will ever be at least.
It's not as much a default setting as I'd like it to be, but I am quietly optimistic of better days ahead.

Your feelings is correct Lorry. Spring is pretty much here for us, though spring as most know it will not last long here, it will be summer very soon. Thanks for reading, I am thrilled this one has your mind thinking of spring. It is a wonderful time of year and indeed, I am certain better days are ahead.

If you ever find yourself in England in spring, head north. Spring travels northward at about 4 mph, so when you see the first bulbs flower, you can take a Brisk walk to Scotland and people will think your magic as flowers appear to keep rhythm with you 😊
