Healing Inside & Out

Healing Inside & Out

A Poem by Starr
"

Eventually she will heal...

"
She would leave her home if Scars would heal
If they would vanish
No one gets within arms length
She hurts
She breaks
No one ever hears her cry
She feels so alone
The storm that surrounds her
She thinks making herself bleed
Will solve her problems
Everyday is the same
Fighting to find her way
She hurts
She cries
Feeling so alone
She breaks
She hides
If only she could see the light
She will be just fine
When he finds her
Her light will be switched on

A very sad poem. Many people hide and they don't want to be found. You create sad place and lasting wish in the end. Thank you Starr for sharing your excellent poetry.

So many kids cut themselves, it is hard for me to understand just what drives them to self destruction when there is a whole world out there for them to get involved in. Valentine
