Tired

Tired

A Poem by Wolfe Greytome

Tired is simply what I am...

Tired of my rage,
Tired of this crystal cage.

Tired of the pain,
Tired of the relentless rain.

Tired of the pressure,
Tired of being unequivocally unsure.

Tired of the attitudes,
Tired of the pompous platitudes.

Tired of being weary to the bone,
Tired of finding myself each night alone.

Tired is simply what I am...

Wolfe Greytome
As I have not slept in about 3 days, I really am tired - resulting in quite a rough piece. I'll clean it up a bit eventually....maybe after I've gotten some sleep

I am so sorry, I know the feeling though. I was like this for about a week until I got used to my new job! Very nicely written and expressed.
