Our Future

This is a poem I wrote for my girlfriend :)

I look at you and I see ahead

I can see us lasting forever

I can see little kids that look like you

Running around calling me dad

This brings a smile to my face

Just by thinking of you

 

I want to wait for your love

I know you are only true to me

Even though you are a year and a half behind

This will never affect my decision

For I love you dearly, and you love me so

For now we no longer walk alone

 

I love you with all of my heart

I want to spend the rest of my life with you

For when I take my last breath

I want my last words to be said to you

You mean everything to me

I truly love you
