Too far gone

I don't really know.

I'm too far gone
In and out
I'm here, then I'm just not
One minute I'm so alive
The next I feel numb
Not even he can bring me back.
What happens if this is the end ?
What if I can't come back next time ?
What If I choose not to. . . ?

I don't think this is a bad poem by any means. It's short, but I really like how this gets the message of overdose across so well without much room and ever saying it.
