Please Handle With Care

Please Handle With Care

A Poem by Blossom

China doll

with eyes marked with Kohl

Albaster skin

with scars that bleed

like spider webs

they've been weaved

soft plump lips

whisper words

that haunt not only your dreams

'Please Handle with Care' she whispers

I read pain and sadness that one has gone through and needs tender loving care to get through it. Well done!

LOVE IT. When I read it I associated it with the image you posted. Looks are deceiving because we depend on them so much. What I got from this is that although her appearance may be "freaky" or scarred, she is fragile on the inside. Maybe that is what rendered her so broken in the first place.

Great write.

It's very good but with the second to last line, you don't clarify what what else it haunts. Other than that it was very good.
