flew right inside the window sill

landed on a foggy red floor room,

Noticed by a man... 

sitting idly and tired,

loved by his big furry friend

like a sweater around his cheeks.

Oh Golly, the good news is soon to come!

Your imagery is wonderfully refreshing, I literally imagined this as an animation. Your words, though blunt, are descriptive and full of life. Is this a sign of fall coming? very cleverly done :)
