Thoughtful

I promise there's more than

endless mediocrity.

One day, you'll get away

farther than you can imagine.

You'll be deeper into a heart,

one with true thoughtfulness,

that you haven't even met yet.

Me, I don't think so,

but I've never had much personal

hope.

Nothing can be thoughtful

without a single thought given.

Nothing can be hopeful

without a single picture taken.

How many dreams can you believe in?

First thing that comes to mind is changing "Picture taken" with "hope given"

To flow from the couplet before. An it will still ryhme with your final like, Good job!

I am a little confused though about the direction of the poem. Whether is supposed to be more general or whether or not it's supposed to be about a single subject like 'love' 'pupose' any other kind of truism or feeling you could tie it in to to help me relate would help a lot.
