Merry Megan

She's a very close friend of mine.

Brown eyes radiate warmth,

And a comfort within them stays,

True to me she always is.

What's on her mind is what she says.

 

She has a laugh of bells,

Beautiful and full of cheer.

I feel I've known her all my life,

Though she only became my friend this year.

 

Ma-ma-material girl,

Bring on the Gucci and Coach!

She always keeps up with the fashion,

Even if it was to wear a cockroach.

 

I've told her all my secrets,

Such as "Me gusta bailar!"

And she loves me, though our situation is complicated;

And by seven years, a little bizarre.

 

She asks to be treated right,

By a man who deserves her well.

And if they don't, it's their loss!

She'll send them directions to hell.
