Where is silence really...?

This spacious room
Surrounding me in silence
It carries something important
Here, I just breath

Light seems to reflect off every surface
I cannot see the end to these walls
There is no door to let me out
But also none to let life in

Inside this place I start to remember
Something a friend had said once before
"When the world becomes a distant memory
You're no longer awake"

So is this a dream then?
What will happen when my eyes finally open?
Can I sleep here forever?
It feels just like a coma

I see emptiness
A hollow space where nothing exists
But here I can finally breath
And silently I mutter the words of a dreamer

"la la, lu la, lu la..."

Author's Note

So this time it was inspired by the song ~lulu~ by the lovely Nightmare. Hitsugi-chan wrote the lyrics while Sakito-chan composed the music. But the way they collaborated with their views was AMAZING. They and the others created a spectacular piece! Their guitar was so light and airy, while Ni~ya-chan's bass sort of... carried the piece into a rhythmic flow. Ruka's drumming was so great! He really blended with Ni~ya-chan's bass and supported the song well. And OF COURSE, Yomi-chan's vocals were WONDERFUL! His voice sort of brought this distant echo to the song's presence. Extremely lovely music, as always expected of Nightmare. Oh, and yume means dream in Japanese. The picture for this piece was so hard to choose! But finally, I decided on a pic of Hitsu-chan.
