Urban twilight.

Urban twilight.

A Poem by Faye
"

This is through my eyes.

"

The mist lays on this city

thick and heavy.

The cars still on curbs

frosted and quite.

Trees bare without leaves

all lined neatly.

The sky is tasting the sun

murky and dreary.

The street lamps going out

one by one.

This is the urban twilight

seen by my room.

This is an awesome poem. It flows nicely and I can see it in my mind. I love the first two lines in the second stanza.

Certainly has atmosphere, reminds me of a zombie horror movie.
Feels like it needs more, that it's just the beginning of what could be an even more epic poem.

For what it's worth, I think this is fantastic with room for improvement.
