Mr. Flowers

Gone for Hours

Makes us want to Cry

Belly-Aching S

ome claim he's Faking

 But he shouts He'd never lie

Melancholic

 An Alcoholic!?

When Troubled off he Flies

 We Wonder where

 But he leaves us here

None Ever really know why

 At times we're Scared

When unprepared

For when he loses his Mind

Armed and ready With a Long Machete

 He threatens " I won't tell you one more time!"

When None comply Many die

The Horrific scene is bloody

Some ignore his Reign

The truly insane

Refusing to Adhere and Study

 Opposed he recoils

 Plans then spoiled

Muted cuase' he Failed

 Quite in His Confusion

Lost In his Delusion

The Mighty Beast is quelled!

This poem is incredibly dark. (Or that is how my brain interpreted it). It seems to be written in a childish manner (your rhyme and rhythm are truly impeccable) but I imagine a child over-exaggerating and creating a fantasy world to cope with and explain an abusive teacher. I will certainly look for more of your work in the future.

oh my god i love this poem so friggin much it soo funny ya know and i can totally relate it sounds just like the geography teacher at my school, (i dont take geography now, guesses why lol)
its really nice to read poem that isn't teenage angst or someone attempting to be shakespeare, this is witty and enjoyable to read
