The Darkest Day of the Labyrinth

The Darkest Day of the Labyrinth

A Poem by disconnectedspirit
"

The darkest day someone had.

"

The mind can be a darkened maze,

Deceit and abuse cause the haze,

Strumming along without a spark,

One face he has pushed all the dark.

Flashes kept appearing  before her eyes of cruel words, deceit, lies and utter destruction in communication over a butchering that could have been prevented long ago.

Messages not done in the light,

Shadows covered a soul in night,

A badge they disown is called blame,

Push her further instead into shame.

Blinded by the cruelty of discovering more secrets of the past she succumbed to darkness.

But is forced to carry the entire blame for her darkest day.
