The Throne

The Throne

A Poem by Tuna

Leave your shadow behind

Come sit down with me under this light

Complication comes from every angle

But not here not in this moment

This the time waited upon

Corruption smoked out among the melted shackles of greed

Karma has come to replace the justice of misguided gavel and juror

We will starve the bottomless pit of human desire

Hand these people a cup to fill and their song to sing

Take the first sip and open your senses

The greatest of our leaders have never asked to wear a crown
